Our farm is an eco-system. Each
part plays an important role. This environment ensures optimal conditons
for our leafy greens to thrive. Our plants have all the nutrition they need in
the water, no need for synthetic fertilisers.

Replicating wild conditions,
our water passes through three-stages of filtration. Purified and nutrient rich
water naturally fertilises our plants, making healthier food for you to
consume. Better for you and the environment.

Our farm continually re-recycles water, which refreshes vital nutrients and oxygen to the plants. Like a fresh water river, this system mimics a natural ecosystem and ensures all components are working together as in the wild.

Our plants are protected from
UK weather extremes, protection also helps to keep them warmer when its colder. An extended growing season, means we can offer UK grown produce when most others suppliers have to rely on imports.

Growing our fish, provides
natural fertiliser for the plants. Reutilisation means less impact on the environment. Flowing water rich in oxygen and minerals for the plants is constantly recirculated. For every 1kg of feed we are producing 5kg of fresh leafy greens currently!

Locally grown, not flown. We
